Module 2: Understanding the Inner Critic, & Restructuring Limiting Core Beliefs
Welcome to Module 2. In this module, we will delve into the concept of the inner critic and its effects on their mental well-being. You will learn to recognise the various forms of negative self-talk that arise from their inner critic and identify the origins of these patterns. By understanding the root causes of your self-critical thoughts, your can gain insights into their subconscious beliefs and triggers. Please see the Video & download the Practical Guide in "Exercise Files" to the left. You can use this file while going through the video and complete the sections as you go along.  Also see the Article for further reading and the Case Study for further understanding.  Lastly, Complete the Self Awareness Questionnaire to help make sense of the course material and apply it to your own experience even further.  I look forward to see you in the Connection Session this week.
